    Our fintech services may involve digital transactions, payments, and financial tools.We comply with EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.We prioritize user-friendly payment experiences with competitive fees and transparent pricing. All transactions are subject to applicable fees, which we may update from time to time.You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your transactions.We implement fraud protection measures to ensure safe transactions, including two-factor authentication (2FA) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance where required by law.

  • Virtual Goods & In-Game Purchases  

    Our gaming services may offer virtual goods or currencies that can be purchased or earned.Users may receive promotional credits, discounts, or special offers to enhance their experience.Virtual goods have no real-world value and are non-refundable unless required by law.In compliance with EU consumer protection laws and India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019, users may be eligible for refunds in cases of service failure or misleading representation.We may revoke access to virtual goods if obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

  • Community Guidelines & Conduct  

    Users must engage respectfully on our social platform and gaming communities. We provide tools to report inappropriate behavior and ensure a safe community environment. Hate speech, harassment, threats, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or ban users violating our community guidelines without notice.Content moderation complies with EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and Indian IT Rules, 2021, ensuring that harmful content is removed promptly.

  • Intellectual Property  

    All content, including trademarks, logos, and software, remains the property of the Company or its licensors. We respect user-generated content and provide mechanisms to protect your rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited. In compliance with EU Copyright Directive and Indian Copyright Act, 1957, we provide a mechanism to report intellectual property violations.

  • Privacy & Data Protection  

    Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data. We comply with GDPR (EU) and India’s DPDP Act to ensure robust data protection measures. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data upon request. We implement encryption and security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access.

  • Termination & Suspension  

    We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. We offer a fair appeals process for account suspensions where applicable. Upon termination, you lose access to all Services, including account data and virtual goods. Any fees paid are non-refundable upon termination unless required by law.Users based in the EU or India may file complaints with EU consumer authorities or Indian consumer protection forums if they believe their rights are violated.

  • Disclaimer of Warranties  

    Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We strive to provide high-quality, uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee perfection. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data.

  • Limitation of Liability  

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months. Users in the EU and India may have additional consumer rights under their respective laws that limit liability exclusions.

  • Governing Law & Dispute Resolution  

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta, depending on the user’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Malta or India, as applicable.Users waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the Company unless prohibited by local law. We offer accessible customer support to resolve disputes efficiently, and users may escalate unresolved issues to EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or Indian Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.

  • Indemnification
